Lead with the location
Give the property address and say which room or outdoor area is affected. If the normal entrance is close to the activity, mention it so access can be discussed. You do not need to approach a nest or handle an animal to provide useful information.
Say what changed
Describe the visible evidence, when you first noticed it and whether it is repeating. If there is a photograph already taken from a safe distance, say that it is available. Avoid guessing the treatment or promising that an area is clear without an assessment.
Confirm the next step
Ask about current availability, any inspection charge, preparation and the scope of the proposed visit. Write down the arrangements rather than assuming a business name guarantees a particular opening time. If the requested work involves access beyond your own space, identify the person who can authorize it.
